Many music artists call themselves the queen of this and the queen of that but nobody’s got anything on the first queen - Queen A (Aretha). No others compare to this natural woman who demanded respect. I decided to paint her because she’s been on my mind a lot since her passing. Respect the Queen is an image of Aretha Franklin in the 60s - back when she was coming out with hit after hit like Chain of Fools, Think and more. Respect the Queen is on display and for sale at The Art Market. The original and giclee prints are also available at www.etsy.com/shop/klockmillerart
